|Delicious cheeseball that is fresh and tasty!
|Pineapple Cheese Ball
3 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. crushed pecans or walnuts
1⁄4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 T. finely chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar or Colby cheese
Beat cream cheese gently with fork until smooth. Gradually stir in crushed pineapple, green pepper, onion and shredded cheese. Shape into two balls and roll in crushed nuts. Serve with crackers.
You can make these a couple of days before you need them. They keep very well and are really the hit of the party!
